Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026.
This Policy explains how personal data of users of obizulol.tj (the “Site”) is processed and protected. The data controller is JSC Obi Zulol (the “Company”), Obi Zulol Street 1, Istaravshan, Republic of Tajikistan.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to data received through the Site and its contact form. External websites and social media platforms linked from the Site are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Data we process
When a user submits the contact form, the Company receives the information entered by the user: name, company name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. Company name and telephone number are optional fields.
We may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the Site, including IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access, page URL, and technical logs of the hosting provider and connected services.
Please do not send health information, identity documents, bank details, passwords or other sensitive information through the form unless the Company specifically requests it through a secure channel.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to answer enquiries, prepare cooperation and distribution proposals, protect the Site from abuse, ensure its operation and comply with legal obligations.
The primary legal ground is the user’s consent given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form. Where permitted by law, data may also be processed to comply with the Company’s obligations or protect its legitimate interests.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By submitting the form and ticking the consent checkbox, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to the processing of the submitted data for the stated purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@obizulol.tj. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before it is received and may make further consideration of the enquiry impossible.
5. Recipients and cross-border processing
The Company uses only services necessary for the Site that may receive technical data or enquiry data:
- Formspree — delivery of contact-form messages to the Company;
- Netlify — hosting and technical infrastructure;
- Google — Google Maps, Google Fonts and the YouTube video player.
These providers may process data in countries outside Tajikistan. By using the form and connected services, the user agrees to such transfer to the extent necessary to operate the Site and process the enquiry. See the policies of Formspree, Netlify and Google.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Disclosure may also occur where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Company and users.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use its own advertising trackers. Google Maps, YouTube and other external services may use their own cookies, identifiers and technical logs under their own policies. Users can restrict or delete cookies in browser settings; this may affect maps, video and other external elements.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is kept no longer than needed to respond and continue relevant business communication, normally for no more than three years after the enquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or justified to protect the Company’s rights. Technical logs are retained for periods set by the relevant infrastructure provider.
8. Security
The Company takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to limit access to data and prevent loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access is limited to employees and contractors who need it for the stated purposes.
9. User rights
Users may request information about the processing of their data, access, correction, blocking or deletion, and may withdraw consent. To process a request, the Company may ask for information needed to verify the requester’s identity. Requests should be sent to info@obizulol.tj; we respond within the period required by law or, where no period is set, normally within 30 calendar days.
10. Children’s data
The Site is not intended for children to submit personal data independently. If the Company learns that a child’s data was received without the required consent of a legal representative, it will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Site, connected services or applicable law changes. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
